SouthDelhiHub is a local business discovery and listing platform focused on businesses, services, offers and local information across South Delhi.

The platform allows users to discover businesses and services, search businesses by category and locality, view business information, contact businesses directly, explore offers and updates, and submit or manage business listings where applicable.

Business owners may use SouthDelhiHub to create and maintain business listings and purchase available listing plans.

“SouthDelhiHub”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the SouthDelhiHub platform and its operator. “User”, “you” or “your” means any person accessing or using the website.

“Business Owner” means a business owner, representative, authorised person or organisation submitting a business listing.

“Business Listing” means the business profile and information displayed on SouthDelhiHub. “Listing Plan” means any free or paid business-listing package offered by SouthDelhiHub.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, submitting a listing or purchasing a service.

If you are submitting information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you is accurate, current and not misleading.

Business owners may submit information including business name, business address, phone number, WhatsApp number, category, services/products, business hours, photos, website/social media links, offers and other relevant business information.

SouthDelhiHub may review submitted information before publishing or approving a listing. We may request additional information or documents where verification is required.

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to SouthDelhiHub.

You must not submit false information, misleading claims, fake reviews, incorrect contact information, copyrighted material without permission, impersonation of another business or fraudulent business information.

If incorrect or misleading information is identified, SouthDelhiHub may request correction, temporarily disable or remove the relevant listing.

SouthDelhiHub may verify certain business information using information or documents submitted by the business owner.

Where applicable, a “SouthDelhiHub Verified” badge means that SouthDelhiHub has completed its stated verification process for the relevant business information.

Verification does not mean that the business is government-certified, government-approved or endorsed by SouthDelhiHub.

Verification may be subject to periodic review.

SouthDelhiHub may offer free and paid business-listing plans.

Current plans may include:

• Basic Listing — ₹1,499/year
• Standard Listing — ₹1,999/year
• Pro Listing — ₹2,599/year
• Premium Listing — ₹4,999/year

The features included in each plan will be displayed on the Pricing & Plans page.

SouthDelhiHub reserves the right to modify plans, features or pricing for future purchases or renewals.

Any applicable taxes, including GST, will be displayed or charged as applicable.

Paid listing plans are generally provided for the period specified at the time of purchase.

Where a plan is described as an annual plan, the listing remains active for the applicable one-year period subject to these Terms.

Renewal terms and pricing applicable at the time of renewal may differ from the original purchase.

Where automatic renewal is introduced, the applicable renewal terms and cancellation mechanism will be clearly communicated.

Payments may be processed through available payment methods or third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

SouthDelhiHub may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, transaction/reference ID, amount, selected plan and invoice information.

Payment card details, UPI PINs and banking passwords should not be shared with SouthDelhiHub.

Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published separately on SouthDelhiHub.

Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a paid listing plan.

Any refund request may be reviewed based on the nature of the service, activation status, payment status, duplicate or erroneous payment, applicable refund conditions and applicable law.

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed merely because a listing has not generated enquiries, leads, calls or sales.

SouthDelhiHub provides business visibility and discovery services.

SouthDelhiHub does not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, sales, revenue, customer visits, search ranking, conversion rates or business growth.

Results may depend on factors including business category, location, pricing, customer demand, listing quality, competition and customer behaviour.

Certain paid plans may include enhanced visibility, featured placement, homepage promotion, category placement or other promotional benefits.

Such placement is subject to availability, platform layout, category competition, website updates, campaign schedules and technical limitations.

SouthDelhiHub does not guarantee a particular search ranking or fixed position unless expressly stated in the applicable plan.

Users and business owners may submit reviews, photos, comments, business descriptions, offers, suggestions and other content.

You must ensure that submitted content is lawful, accurate and does not violate the rights of others.

You must not submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, illegal or infringing intellectual-property rights.

SouthDelhiHub may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Reviews and ratings should represent genuine user experiences.

Users must not post fake reviews, pay others to create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, post reviews on behalf of competitors, use reviews to threaten or harass businesses, or create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.

SouthDelhiHub may moderate, restrict or remove reviews that violate applicable policies or law.

SouthDelhiHub does not guarantee that every review represents the views of SouthDelhiHub.

Business owners submitting photos, logos, videos, descriptions or other materials confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to use and publish such content.

By submitting content for a business listing, you grant SouthDelhiHub a non-exclusive permission to use, display, reproduce and format that content for operating, promoting and displaying the relevant listing and SouthDelhiHub services, subject to applicable law.

You remain responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

The SouthDelhiHub name, logo, branding, website design, original graphics, text, software, layout and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SouthDelhiHub unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit SouthDelhiHub's proprietary materials without prior written permission.

SouthDelhiHub may display information about independent businesses and service providers.

These businesses operate independently from SouthDelhiHub.

SouthDelhiHub is generally a discovery and listing platform and does not itself provide every product or service advertised by listed businesses.

Users should independently confirm prices, availability, quality, business hours, service terms, offers and product/service details before making a purchase or engaging a business.

Business listings and website pages may contain links to third-party websites, social media profiles, maps or other external services.

SouthDelhiHub does not control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or policies.

Users should review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy.

You must not use SouthDelhiHub to commit fraud, impersonate another person or business, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy platform data without permission, manipulate listings or reviews, upload illegal content, abuse communication features, interfere with website operations, use the platform for unlawful activities, or misrepresent your relationship with SouthDelhiHub.

We may restrict or terminate access where appropriate.

SouthDelhiHub may, subject to applicable law and these Terms, approve or reject a listing, request additional information, temporarily suspend a listing, correct formatting or categorisation, remove duplicate listings, remove prohibited content, suspend accounts involved in misuse, or remove listings that become inactive or invalid.

Where appropriate, we may provide the business owner with an opportunity to correct the relevant information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must immediately notify SouthDelhiHub if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

SouthDelhiHub is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials, except to the extent required by applicable law.

We aim to keep SouthDelhiHub available and functional, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, network problems, security incidents, third-party service interruptions or other technical circumstances.

Information displayed on SouthDelhiHub may come from business owners, public sources, users or other permitted sources.

Although we may take reasonable steps to review or verify information, users should independently confirm important information before making decisions or transactions.

SouthDelhiHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or suitability of every piece of information displayed on the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SouthDelhiHub shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from transactions between users and businesses, business services or products, incorrect information submitted by businesses, customer reviews, third-party services, website interruptions, customer/business disputes or loss of business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a business owner or user may be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, unauthorized use of third-party content, fraudulent or misleading information, or violation of another person's rights.

Your use of SouthDelhiHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used and handled.

The privacy framework applicable to SouthDelhiHub may include India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework and associated rules, as applicable to the platform and its processing activities.

If you have a complaint regarding business information, listing, payment, privacy, reviews, content or platform services, you can contact SouthDelhiHub through the designated support/grievance channel.

Where a complaint mechanism is applicable, SouthDelhiHub will process complaints according to its applicable procedure and legal requirements.

SouthDelhiHub may update these Terms from time to time because of new features, changes in pricing or services, business requirements, technology changes, or legal or regulatory requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page along with the Last Updated date.

Your continued use of SouthDelhiHub after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or SouthDelhiHub services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
